The HTTP layer in t3code/apps/server/src/http.ts configures CORS and routes but does not implement request body size limiting, allowing clients to send arbitrarily large payloads. Implementation - Add a configurable request body size limit, default 10MB for regular requests and 50MB for file upload endpoints - Return 4
