The laravel/config/queue.php defines queue connections but there is no failed job monitoring or notification when jobs fail repeatedly. Changes needed - Create laravel/app/Listeners/LogFailedJob.php that logs failed job details including exception, queue name, and payload - Register the listener for the JobFailed event
