What the listing says
- FilterWeakSuites() only checks s.KeySize = 128. TLS RSA WITH RC4 128 SHA has KeySize 128 and TLS RSA WITH 3DES EDE CBC SHA has KeySize 168, so both pass the filter despite being cryptographically broken algorithms. - The function must also reject suites whose Name contains "RC4" or "3DES".
