The list agents endpoint in api/routes/agents.py doesn't filter out deactivated agents by default. Deleted agents appear in search results. Fix - Add active=True default filter on list endpoint - Add?include inactive=true query param to show all - Add deleted at timestamp field on soft delete - Add a @contributor-info
