The Swap event in contracts/dex/AMMPool.sol doesn't index the user or tokenIn parameters. Off-chain indexers cannot efficiently filter swaps by user. Fix - Add indexed to user and tokenIn in Swap event - Add Sync event emitting reserves after each swap - Update the file header documentation block in each modified file
