Bugs 1. formatCurrency doesn't handle negative numbers — formatCurrency(-50) should return "$-50.00" but currently doesn't format correctly 2. formatCurrency doesn't always show 2 decimal places — formatCurrency(100) returns "$100" instead of "$100.00" 3. parseCurrency only strips $ symbol — doesn't handle € or £ symbo
